General Steps to Accreditation

Below are the general steps to accreditation/verification for the 乌鸦传媒乌鸦传媒. Each program has unique components for the patient population they serve, therefore refer to the individual programs for specific requirements.

  1. Look up program eligibility
  2. Review standards and program resources
  3. Apply to begin the accreditation/verification process
  4. Verification of eligibility and contracting
  5. Complete the Pre-Review Questionnaire and prepare for site visit
  6. Complete site visit
  7. Receive Accreditation/Verification Report with the site visit outcome
