ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½Coding Hotline Helps Members with Billing-Related Issues

Experts agree that correct coding may be the single most important area for surgical practice improvement. However, keeping up with frequent changes in coding and billing rules can be costly and time-consuming.

To support Fellows and their practices submit clean claims and receive proper reimbursement, the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½has established a coding consultation service—the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½Coding Hotline—that Fellows and their practice staff can contact for information related to CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 coding, as well as other billing-related issues.

How to Get Help

  1. Visit the .
  2. Fill out the specified contact information, including your ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½membership number.
    Please note: Practice staff may submit questions to the Coding Hotline on behalf of an ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½Fellow by using the Fellow’s membership number.
  3. Describe your question(s) in the text box, attach any supporting documentation (for example, de-identified operative notes, claims denials), and submit.
