The ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½ offers Associate Fellows and Resident members a unique opportunity to participate in the annual Speed Networking session at Clinical Congress this year.Ìý We need YOU to serve as a mentor during this hour-long program. Will you help?

Mascone Convention Center

You will meet up to 5 Associate Fellows or Resident members of the College for 10 minutes each.Ìý They will initiate the conversation with you around one of the following subject pairs:

• Finding a job or Negotiating a contract
• Academic career or Research career or Private practice
• Work life balance or Surgeon and parenting
• How to get involved in the ÎÚÑ»´«Ã½or How to develop leadership skills
• How to handle burnout or how to negotiate conflict or a difficult work situation
